Coleslaw Ingredients
- 6 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 3 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups carrot, shredded
Dressing Ingredients
- 1 cup Blue Plate Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp creole mustard1 tbsp sugar
- ¾ tsp celery seed
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp Mardi Gras Magic Creole Seasoning
Instructions to Make Creole Coleslaw
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
- Add all the slaw ingredients and massage the dressing into the veggies with your hands or mix with tongs.
- Dress the slaw and chill for at least one hour before serving.
