In this class, we’ll use all the classic Cajun and Creole meats to create a flavorful Jambalaya and our legendary Barbecue Shrimp. If you’ve never tried our Barbecue Shrimp before, prepare to be amazed—it’s a true taste of New Orleans!

Sunday Brunch is a cherished tradition in New Orleans! Around here, we like to sleep in a bit, so our first meal on Sundays is a delightful mix of breakfast and lunch—always paired with a good ol’ cocktail, of course.

Join us to learn how to whip up local staple dishes and experience the magic of New Orleans brunch culture. It’s the perfect way to kick back, cook, and savor the good times.

  • New Orleans Style Shrimp and Grits

Brunch Class only: Champagne, Mimosas, Bloody Mary’s are served with the Brunch Class only.

 

Cost is $150 per person. Adults and Young Adults 10 and up are welcome, but young adults must love to cook and must participate in class without interruption. No exceptions


Classes happen every day at 10:00AM, 2:00PM, or 6:00PM. Except Christmas and Mardi Gras.


Our classes are as intimate with two people as they are with ten.

SEASONINGS - celery salt, freshly ground black pepper
